Crystal Reference offers a database of some 16,000 basic English vocabulary terms - German There are two versions of the definitions - concise and normal. A sound file giving the pronunciation of the headword is attached to each term. The set was originally constructed for use in multimedia applications, but has been adapted for use by print publishers and Internet websites alike.
